How does it work? 1. Sit or work near the LASTAR Sun lamp, which emits bright light mimicking natural outdoor light. 2. The light from the lamp must indirectly enter your eyes for it to be effective. 3. Light can enhance mood, vitality, promote wakefulness during the day, and better sleep at night.

How should we use it? 1. Sit between 10cm and 20cm from the light. You can perform your normal activities while using the lamp. 2. The best time for its use is between 6 am and 6 pm. We recommend using it for 2 hours per day for 7 consecutive days for maximum effectiveness. 3. Avoid staring directly at the lamp continuously to prevent overstimulation of the retina.
